The Creative Collective
Think together, build together. But who decides?
A culture that combines collaboration with innovation. Teams experiment together, but sometimes lack direction and decision making power.
What is the Creative Collective?
The Creative Collective emerges when a tight knit team gets the freedom to innovate. Everyone brainstorms, everyone thinks along, everyone can experiment. The atmosphere is energy, and ideas fly around. But here lies the trap: when everyone thinks along and nobody decides, ideas remain ideas. In an installation company this means the team comes up with fantastic solutions for client problems, but the quote is three weeks late. In a production company ten improvement projects are started and zero are finished. The Creative Collective is great for early stage innovation, but falls apart when delivery is required. The combination of warmth and freedom is attractive, but without structure and deadlines it mainly produces frustration.
