For further matching, choose a subscription: €149 per vacancy per month, Team for €449, Business for €799 or Group for €1,799 per month. All amounts are in euros and exclude VAT.

Interest means a candidate has liked your vacancy. That interest may still be awaiting review and is not the same as a match reviewed by Werkvolk. You can see interest counts without a paid plan. The first 2 reviewed matches are free across your account; you choose a plan for further matching.

Consider how many vacancies you want to receive candidates for at the same time. Per vacancy you pay one subscription of €149 per month (excl. VAT) for as long as you want to keep receiving candidates for it; cancellable monthly. Team includes 4 slots, Business 8 and Group unlimited slots. No. Publishing extra vacancies stays free and they keep collecting likes; you see how much interest they get. You only pay separately for the vacancies you activate matching for beyond your plan’s slots: €149 per vacancy per month (excl. VAT) or €1,490 paid annually upfront. When your plan is full, you choose which vacancies get a slot.

Pay for 12 months of matching upfront at the price of 10 months. That is €1,490 a year for one vacancy, €4,490 for Team, €7,990 for Business and €17,990 for Group. The monthly price shown for annual billing is the yearly total divided by 12; the full amount is invoiced upfront. Individual Spotlight credits are excluded from this discount.

You manage your subscription and cancellation in the employer portal. Check how a change affects your access before confirming it. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled. Paid periods are non-refundable; with annual billing, this applies to the prepaid year.

Culture Suite measures your organisation’s culture by team or department. Purchased separately, it costs €49 per month plus €2 per employee who completes the culture assessment that month. Business includes Culture Suite for up to 150 participants per month and Group for up to 500. Above that allowance, each extra participant costs €2 for that month. This is separate from your vacancy matching capacity.

One Spotlight credit gives one vacancy 1 month of extra visibility in the app. A separate Spotlight credit costs €49 and does not require a matching subscription. Team includes 1 Spotlight credit per month, Business 3 and Group 6. A Spotlight credit increases visibility but does not guarantee matches or a hire.

No. You pay one monthly subscription per vacancy you want candidates for, however many candidates you receive or hire through it. No cost per candidate, no commission, no success fee. You can add unlimited recruiter accounts, including without a paid plan.

Yes. You can pay by card or bank transfer. With a bank transfer, the paid service becomes active once payment has been received and processed. You can already publish vacancies for free in the meantime.

In validation. Team includes 1,000, Business 3,000 and Group 10,000 successful evaluations per calendar month, shared across your billing account. The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month, with no rollover. Only paid Team, Business and Group subscriptions qualify, including annual billing. The Per vacancy plan and one-off purchases do not include it. You need an approved candidate reader for your ATS, permission to use the candidate pool and active paid matching on the chosen vacancy. You see the maximum usage before starting. The job runs in the background and emails you when finished. There are no automatic overage charges or candidate messages.
