Is Culture Suite available outside Belgium?
Yes. Culture Suite is available internationally. Werkvolk also offers a vacancy channel for employers in Belgium; team assessment is separate from publishing vacancies. All amounts are billed in euros.
What exactly counts as an employee for pricing?
Only employees who actually take the culture test. You don't pay for your entire headcount, only for who takes part.
What's the difference with culture-fit matching on a vacancy?
Culture fit is an additional signal in candidate matches when profile information is available. Culture Suite is the separate product for organization and team assessments. Publishing a vacancy is free; candidate matching conditions are listed on the pricing page.
Can I change the number of participating employees later?
Yes, at any time. The price automatically adjusts to the number of employees who actually take the test.
How does the annual discount work?
Annual: €490 upfront for the base. Participation at €2 per measured employee is billed separately each month.
Do I get Culture Suite for free if I hire through Werkvolk?
Culture Suite is included with Business for up to 150 measured employees per month and Group for up to 500. Above that allowance, each additional measured employee costs €2. The standalone product costs €49 per month base plus €2 per measured employee. All amounts exclude VAT.
