01What is culture fit matching at Werkvolk?
Personality and culture information provides extra context where available. It helps you prepare interview questions and discuss expectations about working together. It does not decide whom you should hire or guarantee performance or lower staff turnover.
02What is CVF or OCAI?
The Competing Values Framework describes organisational culture through four orientations: collaborate, create, compete and control. OCAI is a questionnaire based on that model. Teams can combine orientations; results support discussion of differences rather than identifying one correct culture.
03How do I measure my company culture?
Complete the available culture information for the team you are hiring for. Use Culture Suite for surveys of employees, teams and departments. Consider who participated and what the questions measure when interpreting results. A profile supports the culture conversation; it does not replace it.
04What does the culture test cost?
The personal culture test on the website and Culture Suite for organisations are separate applications. Culture Suite lets you survey employees by team or department. Standalone pricing is €49 per month plus €2 per employee participating that month. Business includes 150 participants per month and Group 500; additional participants cost €2 each. Prices exclude VAT. See the pricing page for the current offering.
05How long does the culture test take for my employees?
Completion time depends on the survey. The invitation and screen provide guidance. Give employees enough time and consider who participated when reviewing results. A small or one-sided group cannot provide a complete picture of the organisation.
06What is the leader-team gap analysis?
It compares a leader’s view of team culture with participants’ experience. Differences can prompt discussion of expectations and collaboration. They do not prove the cause of turnover or frustration. This analysis is part of Culture Suite .
07Which personality test do candidates take?
Werkvolk uses personality information based on the Big Five model. It describes characteristics and can provide context for a conversation. It is not a right-or-wrong assessment and does not by itself predict whether you get a job. The app explains the available questions and results.
08Why would culture fit reduce turnover?
A culture profile helps you discuss expectations about collaboration, autonomy and structure. Use differences as starting points for questions, rather than automatically excluding someone. A shared profile does not prove that a person will perform well or stay for a long time.
09Can I create culture profiles per department?
That's what Culture Suite is for: you create departments, compare their culture profiles and see right away where they differ. For matching on a vacancy, the culture of that one team is enough.
10Is the culture test scientifically grounded?
Werkvolk uses established models such as Big Five and the Competing Values Framework. Research into those models is not proof that an individual match will lead to a successful hire. Treat results as supplementary information, account for missing data and combine them with a careful conversation.
