Getting started

From interest to a real conversation.

A match starts a conversation. Ask about the work, the team and the conditions before deciding what comes next.

Three steps in the app

1
Tell us what you want
Add your experience, skills, location and preferences. Your profile replaces a CV and cover letter.
2
Explore and compare
Look at the job and company. Check how the role fits your preferences and show interest.
3
Get to know each other
When you match, chat directly with the employer. Ask questions and discuss an introduction.
